Vincenza has lots to offer to everyone. In december 1994, Unesco declared Vicenza a World Heritage Site, unique for his architectural style. Here the best touristic attractions:
1. Teatro Olimpico. A Renaissance adaption of ancient theaters, unique in the world entire. More info

3. Piazza dei Signori.The site of the old Roman forum with Palladian Basilica and a splendid Loggia del Capitaniato, another Palladio’s masterpiece.
4. Corso Andrea Palladio. A little way northwest of the Piazza dei Signori is the main street of Vicenza. Along almost 1 km provides lots of historical monuments and beautiful private houses.
5. Palazzo Chiericati. Lots of masterpiece by Tintoretto, Veronese, Tiepolo,Canaletto, Picasso, Manet and Van Dyck.
6. Palazzo Leone Montanari. A extraordinary collection of Russian icons, the biggest out of Russia.
7. Villa La Rotonda. Maybe the most well-know of Palladian Villas. Goethe said about it: “ That’s the most magnificent example of modern architecture”.
8. La loggia Valmarana. Between the station and Corso Andrea Palladio, discover this fairy beautiful and unique corner in Giardini Salvi.
9. Villa Valmarana, “ai nani” and Monte Berico. The particular Villa with its toy model statues and the Santuario in Monte Berico will offer you a gorgeous point of view over Colli Berici. Lots of Tiepolo’s frescos in the Villa, indeed.
10. Baccalà and more, best restaurants. Without any doubts, baccalà alla Vicentina is the most traditional well-known Vicenza’s food. But remember we can offer more: Asiago cheese, Stravecchio di Malga and the unique DOC wine, Colli berici, Lessini-Durello.
